To batch for the cooler: multiply a recipe by 4–6, mix in a pitcher, funnel into sealed jars. Keep the soda/tonic separate and add at the venue so it stays fizzy.
Shake vs build: anything with citrus or cream gets shaken. Anything with just spirit + soda/juice gets built (stirred in the glass).
Simple syrup math: ~½–1 oz per drink. Your 12 oz bottle = 12–20 cocktails.
You might still want: lemonade (for #1), fresh mint (mojito), cola (L.I.T.), and salt for rims. Optional, not dealbreakers.
